We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online training platform. This is a full-time, remote position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote access tools

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online training platform

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and address system and network issues

- Monitor and maintain the performance of our online training platform

- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system

- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to provide updates on support requests

- Assist with the testing and implementation of new features and updates to our training platform

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Experience with remote access tools and troubleshooting techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
