Location: 100% Remote (We are currently not accepting contractors residing in California, Massachusetts, or New Jersey.)

HealthYes Staffing Network is a nationwide healthcare recruiting and staffing company serving healthcare organizations across the United States.
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Account Specialist to help expand our client partnerships by connecting with healthcare organizations, identifying hiring needs, and securing recruiting agreements.
This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering $12.00 hourly base plus commission, with the potential to transition into a full-time salaried position as the company continues to grow.
Position Summary
The Healthcare Account Specialist serves as the primary driver of new client acquisition and relationship development for HealthYes Staffing Network.
This role focuses on business development, client engagement, and account growth within the healthcare industry. The position does not involve candidate recruiting or candidate placement responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect healthcare organizations nationwide, including: Physician practices, Dental groups, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Hospitals and health systems, Urgent care centers, Behavioral health organizations, Specialty medical groups, Home health agencies, Long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Conduct outbound business development through phone, email, networking, and referral generation.
  • Build relationships with practice owners, physicians, executives, administrators, and HR leaders.
  • Present HealthYes recruiting and staffing solutions.
  • Secure signed client agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with active clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and account activity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruiting, healthcare sales, physician relations, medical sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging decision-makers and executive-level contacts.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
