Professionals in these roles may focus on areas such as NetSuite administration, development, consulting, or support, helping organizations manage their ERP, CRM, and financial processes. Remote NetSuite jobs require expertise in the NetSuite platform, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with teams virtually. Coupa Expenses is a core part of Coupa's Business Spend Management platform, giving employees a simple way to submit, track, and get reimbursed for expenses while giving finance teams the visibility and controls they need. By continually evolving the product to meet the needs of a modern, mobile workforce, Coupa Expenses helps companies manage spend with confidence.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Coupa Expenses team, you will drive product initiatives that deliver innovation, strengthen adoption, and unblock customers. This role calls for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust across functions, and uses data to inform every decision. You bring a strong bias for action, deep curiosity about how our products work end-to-end, and a genuine desire to make both customers and colleagues successful.
What You'll Do
  • Lead product design and requirements across complex, cross-functional initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, Platform, and Success teams to align on scope, dependencies, and delivery approach.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give internal teams (Product, Growth, Leadership) clear visibility into product adoption, usage, and customer health.
  • Act as a go-to subject matter expert for customer escalations, partnering with Support, Services, and Engineering to diagnose issues and drive them to resolution.
  • Translate customer feedback and usage data into clear product requirements and prioritization recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and continually assess the product's competitive position domestically and internationally.
  • Support and help scale internal and external enablement (webinars, documentation, training) so Support, Services, and Customer Success teams can operate more self-sufficiently.
  • Represent the product in customer-facing settings, including advisory boards, escalation calls, and adoption reviews.

What You Will Bring to Coupa
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements through to delivery, coordinating effectively across Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience building or using dashboards/reporting tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau) to drive product and business decisions.
  • A track record of resolving complex customer issues and turning escalations into durable product or process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative, "roll up your sleeves" mindset paired with sound judgment on when to lead and when to support.
  • Comfort operating with incomplete information and adapting quickly as priorities shift.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Expense Management, Corporate Cards, or related Finance/Procurement domains.
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort querying data directly to answer product questions.
  • Experience working with or presenting to customer advisory boards or executive audiences.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft.
  • BA/BS technical degree preferred; MBA is a plus, or equivalent work experience.
