We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Developer/Architect with strong expertise in enterprise design systems and accessibility standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining reusable UI components, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 (up to AAA) accessibility standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support accessibility and UX initiatives across multiple enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design System Development: Build, document, and maintain a scalable enterprise design system and reusable component library using U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) or similar frameworks.
- Accessible Component Development: Develop high-level wrapper components using HTML, SASS, and Angular to ensure consistency and accessibility across web applications.
- Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all UI components meet WCAG 2.1/AAA accessibility standards using semantic HTML, ARIA roles, and accessibility testing tools.
