Senior IT NET Developer JOB SUMMARY:


This role focuses on designing and maintaining robust applications using .NET Core/C#, RESTful APIs, and microservices across both Azure cloud and on-premises environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise reporting tools, optimize SQL databases, and support solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. Additionally, you will drive technical excellence through clean coding practices, performance optimization, and participation in Agile workflows to resolve complex production issues.


Senior IT NET Developer ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#.


• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.


• Develop, deploy, and support applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud and on-premises environments.


• Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and related Azure PaaS services.


• Support traditional server deployments (IIS, Windows Server, on-prem hosting environments).


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and BI/reporting teams.


• Integrate applications with enterprise reporting tools such as Cognos and Power BI.


• Support and extend solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).


• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.


• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.


• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud and server environments.


• Identify high-value manual processes across business units and design end-to-end automated solutions that replace them with reliable, auditable systems.


• Evaluate where AI-assisted automation adds genuine value versus where simpler automation serves the need better — and build accordingly.

• Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules.

Senior IT NET Developer REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of Azure App Development (Azure App Services / AppDev)

• Advanced knowledge in SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)

• Advanced skills using reporting tools such as Power BI and/or Cognos

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Ability to support data integration workflows

• Ability to quickly comprehend the capabilities of new technologies.
