Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with 20+ years of professional development experience to support mission-critical application. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

This role requires strong analytical skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications for TEA enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Enhance and maintain existing .NET applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and application lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews, system design sessions, and technical planning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 20+ years of experience in software development with at least 15+ years in .NET Framework / .NET Core.
  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API development.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
  • Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ORM tools.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Angular/React preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services or other cloud platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in education or government sector projects.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps).
  • Exposure to Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
