We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with 20+ years of professional development experience to support mission-critical application. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

This role requires strong analytical skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications for TEA enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Enhance and maintain existing .NET applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and application lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews, system design sessions, and technical planning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 20+ years of experience in software development with at least 15+ years in .NET Framework / .NET Core.
