As the Director of Sales, you are the architect of our growth. You won't just manage a pipeline; you will lead a multi-disciplinary engine of Sales Representatives, Product Consultants, and Sales Support staff to dominate the public safety market. - Win the Market: Take full ownership of the "New Name" sales cycle, from high-level prospecting to closing complex enterprise contracts for CAD, RMS, and JMS solutions.

Must-Haves:
- Senior leadership experience in B2B or SaaS: Proven track record of managing sales departments and hitting high-level revenue targets.
