Job description

Position Summary
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and execution for our suite of Labor Law Poster products and software — spanning both our SaaS compliance platform and physical poster fulfillment operations. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance experts to deliver intuitive solutions that reduce administrative burden and help clients stay ahead of rapidly evolving regulatory changes. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and client needs
  • Write concise product requirements (i.e., epics, features, stories, and tasks) that capture the vision, goals, and detailed business requirements of new product features
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer interviews, market and competitive research, and internal feedback from key stakeholders
  • Develop business cases for new feature development that balance compliance rigor, business scalability, and financial impact
  • Translate complex compliance workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement
  • Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, accurate scoping, and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with operations (i.e., subject matter experts), marketing, and legal teams to anticipate regulatory changes and proactively embed them into product definition/design
  • Maintain internal product documentation (i.e., walking deck, tear sheets, etc.) and contribute to sales, marketing, and operational deliverables (i.e., pitch decks, playbooks, guides, etc.)
  • Act as subject matter liaison between clients, internal compliance experts, and product development teams to support client onboarding and product adoption
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning, product positioning, demos, and sales enablement
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including scenario creation, test execution coordination, and sign-off prior to release
  • Define and monitor overall product performance through metrics, client feedback, and adoption rates; adjust feature prioritization as needed
  • Mentor junior Product Managers on core product management and Agile practices while driving process improvements that strengthen the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the broader product organization

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management, client advisory, and/or technical implementation experience in SaaS, HR tech, or compliance-related fields
  • Strong track record of delivering B2B software products end-to-end
  • Ability to translate complex legal/regulatory concepts into practical product requirements
  • Experience with Agile development practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely and across distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in HR technology, workforce compliance, or employment law
  • Experience working with compliance, legal, or regulatory teams in a product capacity
  • Experience scaling products in a private equity–backed or high-growth environment
  • Experience in software related to e-commerce and/or manufacturing of physical goods (relevant to our Labor Law Poster fulfillment operations)
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial modeling

What We Offer

  • 100% remote work, with hybrid or in-office work available (dependent on location)
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Mission-driven culture focused on empowering organizations through compliance excellence
  • Professional development opportunities in a growing company at the intersection of compliance and technology
