Talent Sourcing Partner


Independent Contractor (1099)

Remote - preferred in San Diego, CA., Huntsville, AL, or St. Petersburg, Fl


Purpose

Build and deliver vetted candidate pipelines that enable PVM hiring managers to fill mission-critical roles quickly and effectively. The Talent Sourcing Partner operates at the top of funnel, delivering qualified talent pipelines while PVM owns downstream hiring activity.


Core Responsibilities

  1. Receive and clarify requisition briefs from hiring managers, including target profile, compensation expectations, location requirements, and hiring urgency.
  2. Source candidates through independent channels, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and sourcing platforms using independent methodology.
  3. Conduct first-pass candidate screens to assess qualifications, availability, compensation alignment, and basic role fit.
  4. Deliver vetted candidate shortlists with structured candidate notes and screening summaries.
  5. Re-source underperforming requisitions as needed to support hiring outcomes.
  6. Provide market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, and pipeline insights.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated success supporting federal government recruiting efforts, including sourcing and pipeline development for difficult-to-fill or mission-critical positions
  • Experience recruiting within federal contracting, government services, or related environments preferred
  • Strong sourcing capability and talent networking skills
  • Ability to independently manage requisitions and deliverables
  • Experience supporting technical, software engineering, or professional services hiring preferred
  • Knowledge of Palantir environments, ecosystems, or adjacent talent communities is a plus
