• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate and support family members, providing them with tools and resources to actively participate in the client’s recovery process.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, with specialized training or extensive experience in therapeutic techniques.

• Superb therapeutic skills with a proven track record of building rapport and effectively motivating clients towards positive outcomes.

• Experience working in a community health setting, particularly with clients from varied socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy methodologies.
