Holliday's Helping Hands Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, individualized mental health counseling to adults with stable, low-acuity needs through a fully remote telehealth platform. This is a full-time position, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule while working from the comfort of your home.

This role offers a fully remote working environment, enabling mental health professionals to deliver services via a user-friendly online counseling platform. • Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions using video conferencing technology, ensuring a personal connection with clients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of each client to understand their unique mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques that will empower them in their everyday lives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation while adhering to privacy regulations, minimizing paperwork to allow more focus on client care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to enhance client outcomes and support their journey toward mental wellness.

Your clients will primarily include stable, low-acuity adults seeking guidance and support in managing everyday stressors, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges. Through your compassionate approach, you will create a safe space for clients to express their concerns and explore solutions collaboratively.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, valid state license such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing you to practice independently without supervision.
• A clean professional record, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in using technology for telehealth counseling, including a stable Wi-Fi connection.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with adult clients.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health counseling.
• Experience working in remote or telehealth environments, demonstrating adaptability and effectiveness in digital communication.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience.
