• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to ascertain their mental health needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing tailored modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or preferences for virtual interactions.
• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training seminars, and obtaining continuing education credits to enhance therapeutic skills.

Our client base varies widely and includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. • Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain a manageable caseload and adhere to deadlines.

• Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation efficiently.
• Experience providing teletherapy and managing virtual client interactions.
