• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapies to effectively address clients’ concerns.
• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, facilitating referrals and recommendations as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute psychiatric distress, utilizing your clinical skills in high-pressure situations to ensure safety and emotional support.

The clients you will serve at Fast Pace Mental Health Clinic span various demographics and backgrounds, including individuals with chronic mental health conditions, those navigating life transitions, and those in crisis. • Hold an active, independent license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate cultural competence, enabling effective interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ensuring that documentation and record-keeping are timely and accurate.
