Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapies to effectively address clientsโ€™ concerns.
  • Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, facilitating referrals and recommendations as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute psychiatric distress, utilizing your clinical skills in high-pressure situations to ensure safety and emotional support.
  • Engage in outreach activities and educational initiatives to increase community awareness surrounding mental health issues and reduce stigma.

  • Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills that inspire trust, foster engagement, and allow for the building of therapeutic relationships.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence, enabling effective interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ensuring that documentation and record-keeping are timely and accurate.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience in a community mental health setting or with crisis intervention services is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records will also be beneficial in adapting to our operational standards.

Compensation and Benefits

At Fast Pace Mental Health Clinic, we offer a competitive salary between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision health insurance.
