This full-time remote role is pivotal in delivering exceptional services to families, especially in the field of early intervention for children with developmental delays. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining a collaborative spirit with team members. You will interact with families and clients predominantly via telehealth platforms or home visits when necessary. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children in collaboration with families and team members.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to address each child’s unique needs.
  • Monitor ongoing progress and outcomes as a critical member of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend strategies that promote learning and development in children.
  • Facilitate support and training for families to enhance their child’s developmental journey in a nurturing environment.
  • Comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations and internal standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Work with children and families utilizing the coaching model and natural environment teaching methods.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services and ensure health and safety standards for all client interactions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on families with children aged zero to three, particularly those experiencing developmental challenges. Your efforts will not only support the children in honing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills but also empower families with tools and resources to aid their child's growth. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
