  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling client information
  • Interest in talent management, entertainment, business, or the creative industries

Requirements

Minimum Experience

At least 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, entertainment, talent management, event coordination, business operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or a related field is preferred.

Experience working with artists, musicians, creators, entertainers, influencers, or other creative professionals is a strong advantage.

Candidates without direct talent-management experience may still be considered if they demonstrate excellent organization, communication, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly.

Commission-Only Evaluation Period

This position begins as a commission-only Independent Contractor opportunity. The first 30 days are an evaluation period designed to identify individuals who are willing to put in the work, perform consistently, and demonstrate that they can succeed as part of the Executive Team.
