• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools, translating insights into personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual psychotherapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques, ensuring that care is tailored to individual circumstances.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to enhance their growth and well-being.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients preferring remote sessions due to preference or accessibility challenges, ensuring high-quality support irrespective of location.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, team meetings, and peer consultations to refine your clinical skills and broaden your therapeutic techniques.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with a wide range of issues from anxiety and depression to post-traumatic stress disorder. • A current and valid mental health license in the state of Georgia, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Experience in utilizing therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and other modalities effectively in clinical practice.
• Previous work in a private practice setting or experience offering teletherapy services is preferred but not mandatory.
• A history of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining positive communication with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community resources.
