How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and ongoing enhancement of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Develop custom platform functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Visualforce, Flow Builder, and Salesforce configuration tools.
  • Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, generative AI, intelligent agents, prompts, and automated actions.
  • Identify sales, customer service, underwriting, and operational processes that can benefit from intelligent automation.
  • Build agents and AI-assisted workflows that securely use Salesforce records, knowledge sources, APIs, and connected enterprise data.
  • Translate business challenges into maintainable Salesforce architecture, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Integrate Salesforce with document management, communication, data-enrichment, backup, and other business-critical applications.
  • Establish appropriate security, permissions, governance, grounding, and data-quality controls for AI-enabled solutions involving sensitive customer and financial information.
  • Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in coding, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.

Do You Have the Expertise to Lead Salesforce Agentforce and AI Development?

  • Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Direct experience designing, configuring, developing, testing, integrating, or deploying Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, generative AI, or comparable Salesforce AI functionality.
  • Practical experience developing AI agents, agent actions, prompts, automated workflows, grounding approaches, or AI-assisted business processes.
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Demonstrated success leading Salesforce implementations, platform enhancements, or complex development initiatives.
  • Experience designing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications or enterprise data sources.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, sharing models, data architecture, and integration patterns.
