Role Overview

The Mulesoft Integration Specialist plays a critical role in enabling seamless connectivity between enterprise applications, systems, and data platforms across the organization. This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the Mulesoft Integration Specialist helps drive operational efficiency, supports digital transformation initiatives, and ensures the accurate flow of information needed to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise integrations utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
  • Build, test, debug, document, and deploy integration flows, APIs, and data mapping solutions that support business and technology initiatives.
  • Partner with architects, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to design scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions.
  • Develop and execute unit tests and automated integration tests to ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve integration issues within development, testing, and production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to integration standards, best practices, and technical documentation efforts.
  • Support synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, API management, messaging solutions, and enterprise data exchange requirements.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, CloudHub, API Manager, DataWeave, RESTful services, and modern integration design patterns.
  • Experience working with XML, JSON, CSV, XLSX data formats, Microsoft SQL Server, and enterprise integration and ETL methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile development environments.

Work Environment & Preferences

  • Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday through Friday during standard business hours
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal travel; occasional travel may be required based on project or business needs
