We're seeking a highly technical Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software development, AI innovation, and business solution delivery. This is not a traditional developer role. You'll partner directly with business stakeholders to rapidly transform ideas into working solutions, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools and agile product engineering practices.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing business requirements with stakeholders, building rapid prototypes, generating production-ready code with AI development tools, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Design, develop, test, and deploy sophisticated software solutions that solve real business challenges
โ€ข Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and rapidly deliver value
โ€ข Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs to validate ideas before production implementation
โ€ข Utilize AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar technologies to accelerate software delivery
โ€ข Build and integrate AI-enabled features and workflows into enterprise applications
โ€ข Develop full-stack solutions using Java and/or Python for backend development and modern JavaScript frameworks for front-end applications

Required Experience
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
โ€ข Minimum 5+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

โ€ข Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
โ€ข Demonstrated experience leveraging AI coding assistants and generative AI technologies as part of daily development workflows

โ€ข Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
