• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create effective treatment plans aligned with best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting techniques as necessary to accommodate individual patient needs.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient records.
• Engage in regular case consultations with multidisciplinary teams, incorporating insights from colleagues to enhance client care.
• Participate in peer review meetings aimed at continuously improving care quality and therapeutic approaches.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to understand and manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mental health to implement the latest evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

Your role will include working with a diverse array of patients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. You will employ solution-focused techniques that promote resiliency and personal growth, catering to each client's unique set of circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, specializing in psychotherapy.
• Solid understanding and proficiency in solution-focused therapy interventions and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, with exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• A strong capacity to function effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to group dynamics.

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting with a focus on individual therapy.
• Demonstrated success in managing a busy caseload, ensuring each client receives attentive and comprehensive care.
• Previous participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and case collaborations.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
