In this remote role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses. • Serve as an advocate for clients by guiding them through the process of accessing community resources, social services, and additional support systems that enhance their quality of life.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients who are in acute need, ensuring their safety and emotional stability, and refer them to appropriate services as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering strictly to all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Educate clients on coping strategies, self-care techniques, and effective communication skills to empower them in managing their mental health challenges independently.
• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and establish lasting partnerships that enhance our referral network.

You will work primarily with a diverse population of clients who may be coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns, ranging from children to adults. Our approach is client-centered, and we tailor our interventions to meet the specific cultural and individual needs of each person we serve. You will be pivotal in fostering a therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards their goals.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• A minimum of four years of post-licensure experience in social work, specifically within the mental health field.
• Proven ability to document client interactions and treatment plans within electronic health record systems and demonstrate adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
