- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
- Coordinate with partner agencies to streamline service delivery and enhance support systems for clients.
- Research and implement best practices for various clinical assignments, followed by regular presentations to the supervisor.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations and collaborate with fellow professionals to optimize treatment efficacy.
- Develop detailed case notes, assessments, and individual treatment plans (ITP) tailored to specific client needs.
- Guide the scoring and interpretation of psychometric assessments to assist in treatment planning.
- Participate in supervision sessions in collaboration with your site supervisor to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Engage in relevant meetings and discussions with clinical staff to stay aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
The role focuses on serving diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with various mental health challenges. Qualifications- A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
