Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks essential to providing comprehensive mental health care:

• Assess and identify agency resources, services, and systems that will benefit clients during their treatment process.
• Complete agency onboarding, familiarize yourself with office policies and procedures, and engage proactively with colleagues.
• Prepare thoroughly for client sessions by reviewing case notes, evaluating client histories, and gathering relevant data for assessment.
• Participate in small group supervision sessions that foster professional growth, including reviewing recorded therapy sessions for quality improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to streamline service delivery and enhance support systems for clients.
• Research and implement best practices for various clinical assignments, followed by regular presentations to the supervisor.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations and collaborate with fellow professionals to optimize treatment efficacy.
• Develop detailed case notes, assessments, and individual treatment plans (ITP) tailored to specific client needs.
• Guide the scoring and interpretation of psychometric assessments to assist in treatment planning.
• Participate in supervision sessions in collaboration with your site supervisor to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage in relevant meetings and discussions with clinical staff to stay aligned with organizational goals and strategies.

The role focuses on serving diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with various mental health challenges. Through skillful counseling, you will foster trust and rapport with clients, creating a safe space for them to explore their emotions and experiences. Your effectiveness will directly contribute to positive client outcomes and enhanced emotional resilience.

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in compliance with state regulations.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong clinical skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients swiftly.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration.

Experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred, particularly in environments emphasizing teletherapy and remote client engagement. Familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous, enabling you to efficiently manage client data while minimizing paperwork.
