  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your range, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail with specific examples of high-performing email campaigns and conversion-driven landing pages (must be submitted with application)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design, preferably in DTC, CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • High-level proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, responsive design, and email UX best practices
  • Proven ability to multitask under pressure, switch between projects quickly, and deliver high-quality design within rapid timelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; can take and apply constructive feedback
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently when needed

What You'll Do

  • Own the design of all email campaigns and landing pages. Ensuring they are visually consistent, brand-forward, mobile-optimized, and conversion-driven
  • Build high-performing layouts and collaborate with lifecycle marketers to test new design formats, CTAs, and storytelling approaches
  • Design supporting creative assets as needed
  • Collaborate closely with the email team and Senior creatives to bring campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments to life
  • Translate strategic goals into digital experiences that support retention, engagement, and daily revenue
  • Manage a high volume of creative requests with competing priorities, maintaining speed and accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Keep design systems, templates, and asset libraries updated, organized, and scalable
