  • Offer immediate crisis intervention and support services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, providing reassurance and strategic coping mechanisms.
  • Deliver psychoeducation to clients, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources in the community.
  • Maintain precise and secure client records, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations to meet legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and promote client confidentiality while ensuring informed consent is comprehensively explained and respected.
  • Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence in interactions with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring inclusive practice.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and support personnel to create a unified approach to client care.
