• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans by establishing clear goals and tailored interventions in alignment with clients’ unique preferences.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, providing reassurance and strategic coping mechanisms.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources in the community.
• Maintain precise and secure client records, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations to meet legal and ethical guidelines.
• Adhere to ethical standards and promote client confidentiality while ensuring informed consent is comprehensively explained and respected.
• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence in interactions with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring inclusive practice.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and support personnel to create a unified approach to client care.

The clients we support are from varied demographic backgrounds and include individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health issues. As an LMHC, you will work with clients experiencing various conditions, from mild anxiety to complex trauma, designing interventions that recognize the interplay between personal history and current mental health challenges. Your role is essential in creating a safe environment conducive to healing and growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.
• Proven clinical experience and proficiency in providing therapeutic services within diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster empathy and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ethical and professional conduct in line with mental health standards.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity in understanding the implications of social factors on mental health.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic setting, especially one that serves underserved populations.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and platforms to enhance remote therapy delivery.
• Experience implementing group therapy programs and facilitating workshops on mental health awareness.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus, health insurance, and retirement savings options.
