• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and create customized treatment plans.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health needs, ensuring timely and effective support during emergencies.
• Document client information meticulously, maintaining accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Engage in client education regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients' needs and rights.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health therapy through continuing education sessions, workshops, and professional networking.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals seeking support for anxiety and depression to families navigating relationship challenges. Emphasizing a culturally competent approach, you will address the varied needs of clients from all backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and a client-centered service model at every interaction.

• Possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required.
• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
