Our globally distributed team (Canada & Vietnam) includes AI researchers, ML engineers, product specialists, and software engineers building the next generation of capture and automation tools.


Position Overview:
The Account Executive is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support directly to clients in the field. By assisting clients, the consultant will generate new business opportunities and manage ongoing relationships within a designated territory. The role involves proactive outreach to both existing and potential customers, conducting in-person meetings, and providing customized solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication abilities, a result-oriented approach, and the capacity to operate independently. As the primary contact for clients, the consultant will maintain robust relationships and represent the company with professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

Key duties include providing exceptional customer service, identifying and pursuing sales leads, presenting company products or services, and closing sales contracts. The consultant will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, provide feedback to internal teams, and consistently meet or exceed sales and retention targets. Travel within the designated area is required to build rapport and foster long-term partnerships with clients.

  • Provide hands-on support, training, and guidance for clients using company products or services.
  • Initiate and develop new business relationships through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct on-site client meetings and presentations to assess needs and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
