AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will work with individuals and families across the United States to help them better understand and access important supplemental benefit programs.
We provide structured training, mentorship, and warm leads from individuals who have requested information about benefit options, allowing you to build valuable professional experience while working from home.
Responsibilities
  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Explain benefit options clearly and assist clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow up with clients as needed
  • Provide professional customer support and build positive client relationships
