This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while positively impacting clients' lives. You will engage in virtual therapy sessions using secure digital platforms designed to facilitate supportive therapeutic interactions. Our structured work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life integration.

• Provide individualized counseling and therapeutic support to clients addressing a spectrum of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs, values, and goals, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapeutic interventions, tracking client progress and outcomes to inform future sessions.
• Facilitate a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust between clients, peers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, case managers, and psychiatric staff, to develop holistic treatment strategies and improve client care.
• Respond to immediate client needs with timely crisis intervention and support, offering guidance during urgent situations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by pursuing advanced knowledge in specialized areas of interest, such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills essential for effective therapy practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build empathetic relationships with diverse clientele.
• Commitment to ethical practice and upholding professional standards in client treatment.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
• Specialization or additional training in trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling is a plus.
• Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHR) software for documentation and client management.

The compensation for this full-time position is highly competitive, ranging between $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
