Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while positively impacting clients' lives. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized counseling and therapeutic support to clients addressing a spectrum of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on clientsโ€™ unique needs, values, and goals, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapeutic interventions, tracking client progress and outcomes to inform future sessions.
  • Facilitate a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust between clients, peers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, case managers, and psychiatric staff, to develop holistic treatment strategies and improve client care.
