Position Title: Blended Remote Faculty Administrator (Full-Time Position)
Reports To: Associate Dean of Remote Instruction
Work schedule: Standard 9-hour workday Monday through Friday; some Saturdays (8 am - 12 pm) also required.

Job Summary:
Bryant & Stratton College (B&SC) Blended Remote Faculty Administrators (BFA) working as staff associates, will support the college mission by ensuring adherence to deadlines and administrative responsibilities for all faculty assigned. BFAs will teach as part of their responsibilities, ensuring that they facilitate an active blended remote learning classroom through alternative delivery methodologies. BFAs will maintain contemporary knowledge and skills to support their expected classroom responsibilities. BFAs will participate in departmental and campus-wide activities to support the needs of the student population.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintains a teaching load of approx. 3 courses per year per B&SC teaching guidelines.
  • Respond to student and staff inquiries within a 24-48-hour period.
  • Monitors adjunct faculty members every term.
    • Ensures BOT documents are uploaded accurately and on time.
    • Complete End-of-Term processes each term.
    • Handles daily interactions for student issues, plagiarism, operational questions, etc.
  • Conducts formal and/or informal classroom observations each term.
  • Attends all mandatory meetings.
  • Monitors instructional data reports.
  • Helps foster the CoI among faculty and share best practices.
  • Complete any other duties as assigned.

  • At minimum three years of teaching experience with Bryant & Stratton College, including one year of blended remote teaching.

Salary:
$62,355 per year
This is an exempt position.
