In your role as an LCSW, you will have a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient care. Your specific duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to identify mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment plans based on effective, evidence-based practices.
• Employing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored treatment modalities, to address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure confidentiality and legal compliance.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists—to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing clinical skills and promoting the highest quality of care.
• Providing education to patients and their families concerning mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources for ongoing support.
• Staying updated on current best practices, emerging research, and developments in the mental health landscape to continuously refine and improve clinical interventions.
