This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, designed to provide both therapists and clients with the utmost convenience and accessibility. As a licensed mental health therapist at Zallence, you will use a state-of-the-art, user-friendly platform that facilitates video counseling sessions, enabling you to focus solely on delivering care without the burden of cumbersome administrative tasks. This remote model allows therapists to work from anywhere, providing you with exceptional work-life balance.

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, offering ethical and compassionate care.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment strategies to tailor interventions that meet individual client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass client goals and therapeutic milestones.
• Help clients gain insights into their emotions, relationships, and life experiences while equipping them with healthy coping mechanisms.
• Assess and monitor client progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting the care plan as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with diverse mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, and your role will involve offering essential support to each individual. By fostering a safe and trusting environment, you will empower them to address their mental health challenges and enhance their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Applicants must be fully licensed without any limitations, provisional statuses, or disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature are essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency in computer skills is necessary for utilizing our telehealth platform and managing client care.

While not mandatory, experience working in telehealth or with similar client populations can enhance your application. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and a strong understanding of various counseling techniques will be beneficial in delivering effective care.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience. We offer a significant sign-on bonus, as well as weekly direct deposit for your earnings. Full-time therapists are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enhancing your overall compensation package.
