Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at Home Hope & Healing, Ltd. in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position allows you to provide essential therapeutic services to clients in California while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment. In this role, you will work remotely, providing convenient access to therapy services for clients throughout California. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families via telehealth platforms, addressing various emotional and relational issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs and goals.
  • Monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making adjustments to interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active LMFT license in the state of California.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others and achieving positive client outcomes.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a community health setting.

  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
