In this role, you will work remotely, providing convenient access to therapy services for clients throughout California. You will engage in a hybrid work environment, integrating virtual therapy sessions and online assessments with an array of digital tools and resources. • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families via telehealth platforms, addressing various emotional and relational issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs and goals.
• Monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making adjustments to interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide clients with resources and referrals to community services, support groups, and other interventions as required to enhance their wellbeing.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
• Stay current with industry best practices by engaging in professional development activities and attending relevant training sessions.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and family dynamics. As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, facilitating culturally sensitive therapy that meets their unique needs. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license in the state of California.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others and achieving positive client outcomes.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a community health setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery models.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
