Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while also having the option to utilize our outpatient office in Irvine, California. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients seeking mental health support, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Utilize an interactive counseling style to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients, facilitating a safe space for healing and growth.
  • Incorporate depth-oriented approaches, culturally-sensitive strategies, and mindfulness techniques into therapy sessions.
  • Document client progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the center to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar mental health setting is necessary.
  • A strong commitment to delivering quality psychodynamic treatment and fostering cultural awareness.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy that integrates depth-oriented approaches and spiritual or mindfulness techniques.
  • Proficiency in handling diverse client populations and tailoring therapeutic techniques to meet varying cultural needs.

Compensation and Benefits
