We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support enterprise Customer Service modernization initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

What You'll DoMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Solution Development
  • Design, develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and automation.
  • Configure Dynamics modules to support evolving business and operational requirements.
Enterprise Integration
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Design scalable integration solutions supporting enterprise CRM modernization.
Technical Leadership
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
