This role is well suited for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex business problems, identifying trends, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to improve financial performance and drive results.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning tools to support business objectives.
  • Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reporting packages that communicate key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Perform variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities through financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation responsibilities.
  • Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial reports across multiple subsidiaries and business units.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and automated solutions to improve financial visibility and decision-making.
  • Evaluate business initiatives, investments, and operational strategies through financial analysis and modeling.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Support financial systems administration, reporting enhancements, and system implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure financial information is accurate, relevant, and actionable.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Support audit requests, special projects, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related finance roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting platforms such as Microsoft 365, Planful, Power BI, BlackLine, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, or data analytics projects.
  • Experience with multi-entity financial reporting or consolidations.
  • Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
How You'll Be Successful

Top performers in this role tend to be:

  • Curious analysts who enjoy digging into data and understanding the story behind the numbers.
  • Strong business partners who build relationships and provide thoughtful financial guidance to stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinkers who can connect financial results to broader business objectives.
  • Problem-solvers who identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
