Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific mental health needs.
• Conduct virtual family and child counseling specifically for clients meeting medical necessity as per DSM V diagnostic criteria.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver treatment services to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, focusing on stable, low-acuity cases.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including client case materials, program forms, and statistical data to ensure compliance with organizational standards and contractual obligations.
• Meet fiscal expectations by billing a determined number of reimbursable therapy hours each week.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus primarily on clients from diverse backgrounds, including families and individuals who may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or mental health issues. You will play an integral role in helping clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health status, working closely with those who need support in overcoming personal struggles.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain comprehensive client records effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities suited to family systems and relationship dynamics.
• Experience in providing therapy to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits
