• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic interviews to inform treatment planning.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and continually monitor and document their progress through regular follow-ups and reassessments.
• Offer teletherapy sessions, ensuring that technology is used effectively to foster a safe and supportive online therapeutic environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions, peer consultations, and continuing education activities to refine clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and addiction issues.
