• Conduct ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Perform regular assessments to monitor client progress and collaborate on the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual needs.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions with clients, focusing on the enhancement of coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and minimal paperwork, ensuring compliance with best practices in confidentiality and data protection.
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to remain engaged with continued education and emerging best practices in mental health care.

The primary focus of this role will be on low-acuity adults who are stable and might be facing manageable mental health issues. This demographic includes individuals seeking support for anxiety, mild depression, adjustment issues, and other similar concerns. Our goal is to empower clients through skill enhancement and resource provision, setting them on a path towards improved mental wellness and self-efficacy.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.
• Must have an active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, enabling independent practice.
• No previous disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital tools and a strong ability to communicate effectively online.
• A stable and reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted virtual counseling sessions.

• Experience in remote counseling or telehealth services is highly regarded.
• Prior experience working with low-acuity patient populations.
• Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based treatment plans.
• Some knowledge of community resources and referral pathways to enhance client support.
