Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a Senior / Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning cloud migration, application modernization, SaaS enablement, and enterprise architecture modernization.
This role will define and drive end-to-end enterprise architecture to help organizations transition from legacy systems to cloud-native, scalable, and modern digital platforms.
The architect will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership while also providing hands-on guidance across engineering, platform architecture, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
AI is expected to be leveraged as an enabler for engineering and modernization efficiency, such as automation, code improvement, testing acceleration, and delivery optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
  • Define and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and reference architectures
  • Develop technology roadmaps aligned to business transformation objectives
  • Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and compliance adherence across programs
2. Cloud Migration & Transformation
  • Lead end-to-end cloud migration programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) from legacy/on-prem systems
  • Define landing zones, migration strategies (re-host, re-platform, re-factor), and hybrid architectures
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and high availability requirements
3. Application Modernization
  • Drive application modernization initiatives, including:
    • Monolith to microservices transformation
    • API-first and event-driven architectures
    • Cloud-native refactoring
  • Leverage modern engineering and AI-enabled tools to support:
    • Code analysis and optimization
    • Automated testing
    • Migration acceleration
  • Lead definition of modernization frameworks, governance models, and delivery accelerators
4. SaaS & Platform Engineering
  • Architect and enable SaaS platforms with multi-tenancy, scalability, and security
  • Design robust integration architectures (APIs, middleware, event streaming)
  • Define SaaS operating models including monitoring, reliability, and lifecycle management
5. Engineering Leadership & Solution Delivery
  • Provide technical leadership across full-stack engineering teams:
    • Backend: Java, Python, Go, Node.js
    • Frontend: React, TypeScript (MERN stack)
  • Drive adoption of:
    • Microservices & distributed systems
    • Event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging frameworks)
    • CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
6. Governance, Security & DevOps
  • Establish architecture governance across security, compliance, and risk management
  • Define and implement:
    • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
    • CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps frameworks
    • Monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering models
7. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and clients
  • Lead architecture discussions, workshops, and executive presentations
  • Drive alignment between business, product, and engineering teams
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
  • Strong experience in multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Cloud migration and application modernization frameworks
    • Microservices, APIs, and distributed systems architecture
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture (multi-tenancy, scalability, resilience)
Programming & Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Python, Java, Go, Node.js
    • MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Event-driven systems (Kafka or equivalent)
    • Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
    • API design and integration
Architecture & Platform Skills
