• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and personal interviews.

• Provide direct counseling services in various formats, including individual, couple, and family sessions, through teletherapy platforms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create a cohesive support network for clients.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) that comply with HIPAA regulations, document progress notes, treatment plans, and session details.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and participation in staff meetings, ensuring your practices align with the latest mental health research and methodologies.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in providing counseling services, particularly in an outpatient setting, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse client cases effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for strong therapeutic alliances with clients and teamwork with colleagues.

• Experience in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting client interactions and treatment progress.
• Familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or public health initiatives aimed at improving mental health awareness and access.
