Director of OEM Sales – Remote with travel

MUST HAVE 5 plus years of recent OEM versus aftermarket

A growing company in the HVAC industry is seeking a Director of OEM Sales to lead regional OEM sales efforts and support continued business growth. This role is suited for someone with strong experience managing OEM relationships and manufacturer representative groups. The role is remote with travel throughout the region as needed.

Compensation

- Base salary: 140-150K plus strong bonus plan

- Strong work/life balance and supportive sales environment

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow OEM sales relationships

- Oversee and support manufacturer representative groups

- Identify and develop new rep groups in key markets

- Drive regional sales growth and business development

- Work closely with executive leadership on sales strategy

- Mentor and support sales team members

Requirements

- OEM HVAC industry experience is required

- Experience managing supplier rep groups

- Experience developing new rep partnerships

- Strong sales leadership and relationship management background

- Experience with HVAC manufacturers

- Must be located in within the Central or Eastern time zones
