• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing a secure online platform designed for a seamless therapeutic experience.
• Assess client needs through initial evaluations and ongoing consultations, identifying specific areas for intervention and support.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client goals, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Regularly monitor client progress during scheduled sessions, making adjustments to treatment plans when necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client sessions and progress notes following ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Comply with all relevant mental health regulations and maintain high standards of ethical conduct in the delivery of care.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Oceanic Trauma Counseling, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Experience in providing individual therapy and counseling services in a remote setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of establishing rapport with clients and colleagues.
