• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, providing tailored mental health support and guidance through video and chat services.
• Assist stable clients with low acuity in identifying and addressing their emotional and psychological needs, utilizing compassionate listening and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Guide clients in expressing their thoughts and feelings, facilitating discussions that lead to positive emotional insights and coping strategies.
• Evaluate clients' mental health through interactive dialogue and standardized assessments to create personalized treatment plans.
• Set achievable goals with your clients, crafting action plans that foster personal growth and resilience while taking a solution-focused approach.
• Manage your caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

You will primarily engage with clients dealing with low-level emotional and mental health concerns. Our careful client screening process ensures that you work with individuals who are stable and seeking preventative care, allowing you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and contribute positively to their mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An active and independent state license in Missouri as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse client populations empathetically.
• Strong digital literacy, particularly with telehealth platforms and electronic health records management.
• Capability to conduct professional assessments and collaborate with clients on treatment planning.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
• Experience with low acuity counseling, particularly in a preventative care framework.
• Familiarity with clinical assessment tools and therapy methodologies that emphasize client empowerment and solution-based approaches.

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year based on experience and the number of hours worked. Additional benefits include:
