Job Title: Integration Solutions Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (United States)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000โ€“$150,000 Annually

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. In this role you will own the integration lifecycle, including API design, flow development, deployment, observability, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on MuleSoft experience with strong API-led connectivity practices, and will partner with enterprise architects, application teams, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and reusable integration assets. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners โ€” product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders โ€” to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Five or more years of integration experience with strong focus on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and Mule runtime.
  • Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and RAML/OAS API design.
  • Hands-on experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid deployment.
  • Experience with API security standards (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and Anypoint API Manager.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD for MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with event-driven integration using Anypoint MQ or Kafka.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience integrating with major SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
Preferred Qualifications
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect credentials.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud deployment of Mule runtimes.
  • Familiarity with FinOps and integration cost management.
  • Experience implementing zero-trust API security models.
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL APIs on Anypoint Platform.
