The Medical Consultant will be working closely with the US Absence and Disability Management staff, primarily nurse consultants. They will be responsible for assessing, as needed, Short Term Disability (STD), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) to ensure claims are addressed and evaluated in a timely and effective manner.
