• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop effective, individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Our LPCs work with a varied client base, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Michigan.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the field of counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
