• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to guide the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing solution-focused methodologies that empower clients towards reaching meaningful mental health goals.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to state and federal regulations to maintain the integrity of patient care processes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic treatment and continuity of care for our diverse patient population.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a collective approach to quality improvement in clinical practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources, facilitating informed decision-making in their recovery journey.
• Stay current with research and best practices in the mental health field, contributing to the organization’s knowledge base and adherence to evidence-based care.

Astor Youth & Families Services caters to a wide range of clients, including adolescents and families grappling with mental health challenges and substance use issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in Texas is essential.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and care coordination.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or initiatives targeting mental health awareness is a plus.
