As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed diagnostic assessments to determine patient needs and eligibility for services.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address mental health challenges.
• Providing therapy through different modalities, including individual, group, and family sessions tailored to patient demographics.
• Regularly meeting with patients to assess progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure the most effective support is delivered.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic care and ensure patients receive comprehensive support.
• Utilizing the EHR system for managing patient data and treatment documentation effectively.

Your role will involve working with a diverse caseload that includes adults, adolescents, and children facing various mental health issues, communication challenges, and family conflicts. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A valid and active license recognized by the State of California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in mental health diagnostics and therapy is essential.
• Proficient organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple patients and responsibilities efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong commitment to maintaining professional licensure and continuing education requirements.
