  • Dedicated private workspace with a door that can be closed and secured during working hours
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based tools, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to participate on camera for meetings and training
  • Ability to read scripts aloud clearly, accurately, and with proper enunciation
